Guests entering this beautifully presented oak-floored converted barn arrive in the hallway and on your left is the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area with its original beams there is a comfortable sofa which is also a sofa bed and two armchairs providing the ideal setting for the family to gather around and relax after a busy day out exploring and swimming in the indoor pool. The kitchen area is well-equipped featuring an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has enough seating for everyone perfect to gather around and plan your activities over breakfast lunch or dinner. Heading down the hallway not only will you find storage cupboards but two lovely bedrooms to choose from. There is a cosy twin bedroom or the spacious master king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a bathroom next to both bedrooms with a bath and WC. Heading to the front of the property and to the left is the large shared indoor swimming pool (which is not lifeguarded) which benefits from all year-round heating there is also a very charming shared outdoor children s play area behind the swimming pool perfect to keep the little ones busy whilst you relax on the seating and enjoy the unspoilt views of the countryside. You will also find access to shared washing machines and a tumble dryer found in the reception hut. Heading outside to the rear of the property is a large enclosed and private lawn and patio area with table and chairs for up to six guests and a BBQ.
