The cottage dates from the 1920s and was designed by Herbert Collins a renowned British residential architect who was involved with the Garden City Movement. From the front path of the property leading to heathland and a short walk to the beach; to the back garden overlooking farmland and the Purbeck Hills you are surrounded by nature at every point. Upon entering the property the hall has a beautiful quarry tile floor and a storage area for coats.
