At the northern end of the popular seaside resort of Swanage this property occupies a desirable quiet location. It is a light and airy apartment and its neutral tones oak floors and exposed beams create an understated elegance that will allow everyone to relax in style. From Swanage you can travel on the Swanage Steam Railway to the National Trust s Corfe Castle a historical village and castle (5.5 miles). If you venture into the large town of Poole (20 miles) there are plenty of boat trips to choose from including one to the National Trust s Brownsea Island famous for red squirrels. Or why not wander along the South West Coast Path and admire the attractive coastline and beaches. As you enter the property a flight of stairs takes you up to the apartment which is situated on the first and second floors. On the spacious landing you will be greeted by table football and a piano offering a nice variety of entertainment in addition to the TV. The first room you come across is the lounge with its blend of neutral tones and warm woods allowing the sea views to speak for themselves. There is an additional snug/playroom next door which means the kids can have their own space and let the adults relax in peace. Like the rest of the apartment the kitchen/diner is light airy and contemporary; it is well-equipped and offers plenty of space for communal dining. Also on the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and a crisp clean double bedroom with lots of storage. On the second floor there is a further bathroom with a bath and shower over it; its white suite and painted floorboards allow light to flood in and accentuate the stunning view. There is another double bedroom on this floor in addition to a single and twin bedroom which are joined by an exciting tunnel that the kids will love. The twin room has an en-suite WC and hand basin for convenience. Outside the rear garden has a paved path flower beds and a lawn but this property s unique selling point has to be the stunning decked area at the end of the garden. Its glass balustrade allows amazing far-reaching views of the beach below and Swanage Bay. What a perfect place to sit back relax and enjoy a glass of wine!
