Heading north you can discover the vibrant towns of Middlesbrough (4 miles) and Stockton-on-Tees (11 miles).You can visit the picturesque neighbouring village of Hutton Rudby (3 miles) which has several great pubs or pop into the charming town of Stokesley (2.4 miles) which hosts a Friday market and has a range of independent shops cafes and restaurants. The second bedroom toward the rear of the property is a delightful twin room with a toy box making it perfect for children though the beds can be zipped together to form a king-size bed for two adults if preferred. This room also has a Blu-ray DVD player and Netflix. Finally the Hare Suite is a stunning room with windows on three sides offering panoramic country views. The ground floor now features the new Owl Suite which has been designed with increase accessibility and has a separate entrance for wheelchair access it is set on the ground floor at the eastern end of the house and will sleep up to three people. There is a further full-size pull-out bed below which can sleep a child or adult as required. This room has a plush en-suite wet room with disabled facilities. The garden is fully enclosed. However there is a duck pond and paddocks with horses and sheep in the grounds beyond so children and dogs should be supervised at all times. The cottage shares 27 acres of grounds with the owner s neighbouring farmhouse and there s a choice of walking and cycling routes running through the land.
