There are gorgeous Yorkshire flagstone floors in every room but fear not as there is underfloor heating and a NEST heating system to keep the rest of the house warm. Ascending the original stone staircase you will arrive at the four bedrooms which are all simply furnished allowing the traditional furniture to take centre stage. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms one of which has a modern en-suite with the other bedrooms sharing the lovely family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have charming exposed floorboards and amazing views. Outside there is plenty of space to enjoy as the house occupies a vast plot. There is also a sheltered area by the kitchen door with patio furniture for al fresco dining against a picturesque backdrop. If the kids still need tiring out at the end of a busy day send them to the games barn which houses a pool table a table-tennis table and a Ring the Bull game. The final approach is up a short steep incline. Both tracks are suitable for normal vehicles if approached with due care..
