Located along a peaceful hallway you will step inside to reveal an impressive shared area consisting of a lounge kitchen and dining area. It is uncommon to come across such a spacious property in the area making it a great choice for families or large groups alike. The sophisticated lounge is made up of comfortable sofas and a home cinema system perfect for unwinding as a group in front of the TV. In the kitchen you ll find everything you need and more for your stay as the dining area benefits from 3 sky lights creating a bright and airy setting for everyone to gather in for communal dining. One of the four modern bedrooms is located on the ground-floor. Upstairs three tastefully finished bedrooms await you for a restful nights sleep. Guests benefit from an en-suite bathroom with shower over an en-suite shower room and family bathroom so you can avoid queueing of a morning! There is also a downstairs loo and a separate studio apartment which sleeps 2 and can be booked at an additional cost. As you step outside you ll be greeted by a small patio with an alleyway heading down to the beach so you can feel the sand between your toes in no time at all. Need to know: 3 super king size bedrooms alongside one family bedroom with a super king size and 2 single raised beds. 1 en suite bathroom with shower over, 1 en suite shower room and 1 family bathroom. Downstairs loo.. There is no parking available at the cottage, however it is sometimes possible to purchase a private permit for the nearby car park. Please note this cannot accommodate for vehicles larger than a Range Rover. If this is not possible, parking is available in the nearby council car parks (charges apply).. Pubs, shops and restaurants within 2 mins. Beach within walking distance. LCD TV, MP3 docking station. Wi Fi included. Small outside patio area. Electric and central heating included.
