There is also a convenient ground floor cloakroom with WC. On the first floor of the property there are three bedrooms. The first of these is a large family room within which there is a king-size bed a single bed and a cot as well as TV; great for occupying the children whilst adults catch a few extra minutes sleep! Further to this room there is 1 king-size and 1 twin room one of which also has a TV. The bathroom which is also located on the first floor has a bath with shower attachment and WC. Outside the property has a lovely enclosed garden with spacious lawns seating and a BBQ. The property s private hot tub is situated in its own building and has a changing space and shower so there is no need to dash walk back to the main house in cold swim suits. A barn located adjacent to the property houses the indoor heated pool as well as the sauna. Two more barn buildings have been made into games rooms offering a pool table table tennis a Wendy house and a range of toys - there really is something for everyone here. The farm itself occupies 120 acres of land and guests are welcome to watch the cows being fed and milked. There is private off-road parking for four cars provided.
