The Norfolk Broads is easily accessible for a memorable day trip. The open-plan kitchen/diner enjoys views out to the garden and the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a table and chairs for eight people perfect of any celebratory meal. A rear hallway from the kitchen contains a fridge/freezer and access to the shower room with shower and WC and utility area with washing machine. After ascending the staircase to the first floor the spacious landing includes seating options for anyone looking to find a quiet spot and access to the bedrooms. There are four bedrooms a bright and airy four-poster super-king-size and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC one twin one king-size and one single. Completing the first floor is a shower room with shower and WC. For those who enjoy relaxing outside the cottage has a generous garden to both the front and rear. Fully enclosed the rear garden has a lawn area and patio with garden furniture on which to enjoy a spot of al-fresco dining with the provided gas BBQ. A summer house offers other options to relax outside while to the front is a lawn area and natural pond (not enclosed care should be taken with young children).
