Upon entering the cosy cottage you will find yourself immediately in the dual aspect kitchen and dining area which has attractive limestone flooring. The kitchen area has shaker style units and is equipped with an electric oven and hob washer/dryer microwave and fridge with ice compartment. There is plenty of room to enjoy meals around the dining table which overlooks the patio area. From here a step up leads into the downstairs shower room which has a WC. Heading back through the kitchen a step leads down into the lounge area which has a pretty window seat. Catch up with your favourite TV programme or there is a selection of board games books and DVDs to choose from. After a busy day curl up by the cosy wood burner and unwind with friends and family. From the lounge steep cottage style stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms one double one twin and one cosy single with feature porthole windows overlooking the landing. Moving outside and to rear of property there is a patio area with seating and a path leads around the side of the cottage to the front gate.
