Croyde is a chocolate box village with many thatched houses shops and trendy eateries favoured by young and old alike. Its golden sandy beach gives you an opportunity to try a wide range of water sports. On either side of the village are more beaches where the sand sea and surf can be enjoyed Woolacombe Saunton and Putsborough being just some. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with direct access onto the South West Coast Path from Croyde taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point Exmoor National Park is within easy reach by car. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include the links golf course at Saunton Barnstaple with its market and high street shops Exmoor Zoo Ilfracombe and Lynton and Lynmouth are also worth a visit.
