This cottage is located in a tranquil rural location in the small village of Cowthorpe a five-minute drive from the larger well-appointed village of Tockwith with its pub and handy village shop. To the south of the property the riverside market town of Wetherby is a fantastic place for stocking up on supplies and is home to one of the four racecourses which are within easy reach of the property. For bigger towns and cities with a host of attractions and places of interest the property is in an excellent position for making day trips into York Leeds and Harrogate all of which offer plenty for visitors to see and do including the Jorvik Viking Centre the Turkish Baths in Harrogate and the fantastic shopping centres in Leeds. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms - a double room to the front of the house and a twin bedroom to the rear.
