This cottage is situated on a quiet private lane in the North Yorkshire village of Killinghall within easy walking distance of the villages two pubs and the fish and chip shop. A five-minute drive to the south of the village brings guests to the spa town of Harrogate where they can spend a pleasurable afternoon browsing the shops taking afternoon tea at Bettys or enjoying a relaxing spa session in the Turkish baths. The area around the village meanwhile is exactly what you would expect from Yorkshire: rolling hills and green fields peppered with historic buildings such as Bolton Abbey Ripley Castle and the stunning Fountains Abbey. From the parking area guests approach this property through the delightful apple orchard before taking the three steps up which lead to the front door. To the front of the cottage guests will find an attractive apple orchard whilst to the rear there is an enclosed lawned garden which affords views over the neighbouring fields for which garden furniture is provided in the summer months.
