This cottage enjoys a quiet rural location in the Nidderdale area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. For those whom love spending time outdoors this property is in the perfect position for enjoying leisurely walks in the areas stunning scenery. Brimham Rocks with its unusual rock formations is located just 5 miles north of the property and is a great place to enjoy climbing and bouldering as well as weaselling where visitors can clamber through narrow spaces and twisty passages between the rocks. For a somewhat more genteel day head to Fountains Abbey and the neighbouring Studley Royal Water Garden or enjoy a relaxing day at Harrogates Turkish Baths. Stepping inside the front door of this property guests will come to a small hallway which leads onto the kitchen/diner. Guests will find everything they need here to prepare their favourite meals including an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. A tumble dryer for those who need it can be found in a separate utility room. Next to the kitchen the lounge is a spacious room with two comfortable sofas an open fire and a TV/DVD giving guests some relaxing entertainment in the evenings after a busy day of sightseeing or walking. Stairs lead from the lounge up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms the first of which is a family room offering both a double and single bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath handheld shower and WC. The second bedroom is a pleasant double room whilst there is also a restful single room for which an additional fold-out single bed can be made available on request. The shower room which is at the end of the landing between the double and single rooms offers a shower and WC. Outside guests have access to a garden with a patio seating area for which garden furniture and a BBQ are provided. There is off-road parking available.
