There are many miles of leisurely country walks to be enjoyed direct from the propertys front door including the enjoyable walk around Lindley Reservoir which will be of particular interest to wildlife enthusiasts as the area is home to a large number of bird species including goldcrest and woodpeckers. To the north-east of the property within a twenty-minute drive the spa town of Harrogate is a fantastic place for a day trip as are the wonderful gardens at RHS Harlow Carr which visitors will pass on the way into the town. Several stone steps lead up to the front door of this farmland property opening into the open-plan living space comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. The main part of the room is taken up by the lounge area which offers comfortable sofas as well as a TV/DVD. Outside the property enjoys a good-sized rear garden with hot tub which is mainly set to lawn and offers views over the neighbouring fields which can be enjoyed from the garden furniture provided.
