The compact size of the town means that everything is in walking distance of the property from the famous Bettys tearooms to the sumptuous Turkish Baths where visitors can sample the effects of the towns healing spring waters. There is an excellent range of shops both in the main town centre and on the Cold Bath Road which is just a few moments walk from the property and is lined with a unique collection of independent shops and eateries making it the perfect place to browse and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Five external steps lead up to the front door of this property upon opening which guests will find themselves in a spacious hallway where they are able to leave their coats before continuing to the kitchen at the rear of the property. This contemporary-styled room has breakfast-bar seating for four and a central island around which there is an excellent range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer meanwhile can be found in a separate laundry cupboard which guests will pass on the way to the dining room at the front of the house. Taking the steps to the first floor guests will come to the light and spacious lounge with its large windows and Juliet balcony. There is plenty of comfortable sofa seating here from which guests can enjoy the TV/DVD and iPod dock one of which is a sofa-bed which can be used to accommodate two extra guests on request. The first of the propertys four bedrooms can also be found on the first floor a super-king-size room which can be made up as a twin room on request. The bathroom on this floor offers a bath separate shower and WC whilst another bathroom on the second floor has a shower-over-bath and WC. The three remaining bedrooms are also situated on the second floor: another super-king which can again be made up as a twin on request; a restful single room; and a king-size room which can be made up as twin with 26 beds if preferred. There is roadside parking available close to the property for which a permit is available on payment of a 50 deposit.
