The village of Ringstead where this property is situated enjoys a fantastic position in the north-west corner of Norfolk making it easy for guests to visit both the north and west coasts. Just two miles from the property the seaside village of Old Hunstanton is a wonderful place to visit for those who want to simply spend a relaxing day at the beach without any need for any extra entertainment. There is a large expanse of sandy beach here which is just perfect for enjoying beach games paddling and sunbathing whilst it is also a great starting point for coastal walks. Returning to the cottage at the end of the day the village has a well-regarded village pub and restaurant (The gin Trap) where guests receive a 10% discount on meals as well as a handy village shop a garden centre church and an art gallery. This five-star property is a truly special place to stay offering a spacious period cottage which has been lovingly finished throughout. On arrival guests are able to happily make themselves at home in the generously-sized lounge which is located just off the entrance hall. This room is split into two distinct area which are separated by an archway in the middle of the room under which a sofa acts as a divide. On one side of the room there is a relaxing seating area whilst on the other there is a TV/DVD and Blu-ray player as well as a CD player which can all be enjoyed from the two comfortable sofas. The open fire brings a cosy glow to the room in the winter months whilst in the summer the French doors can be opened onto the garden creating a cooling breeze. Across the hallway from the lounge the kitchen/diner is another spacious room offering an attractive dining area with wooden floorboards. At the other side of the room the kitchen area has a tiled floor and offers an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Continuing through the kitchen guests will come to a small hallway off from which the first of the property s three bedrooms can be found. This ground-floor bedroom is a cosy twin room next to which there is a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the remaining two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is a stylish double room next to which the third bedroom is a restful twin room. The bathroom on this floor has a light and airy feel to it and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. The cottage benefits from a large garden which extends to just under half an acre with a south-west facing patio seating area overlooking spacious lawns. A table and chairs and parasol are provided and a BBQ can also be made available. There is a gravelled driveway to the rear of the cottage with space for three cars.
