A colony of grey seals may be seen basking on the beach or popping their heads above the waves. The Norfolk Broads National Park is nearby offering opportunities for sailing kite surfing and exploring breath-taking countryside quaint villages and fantastic pubs. Hickling Broad and Martham Broad are close by or you could seek out the Happisburgh Lighthouse. Nearby is the charming village of Mundesley and the popular resorts of Cromer Caister-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth are within easy driving distance. On entering this attractive and welcoming holiday cottage you will find yourself in the bright and airy lounge which is an ideal space for relaxing in at the end of a fantastic day with plenty of comfy seating Smart TV an exposed brick inglenook fireplace with wood burner and French doors leading out onto the patio. Moving into the light and stylishly designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an integrated electric fan oven electric hob with extractor fan under-counter fridge with ice compartment toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility cupboard which houses the microwave and washing machine. You will also find a charming dining area. Going up the steep cottage style stairs you will find two cosy bedrooms: there s a double room with plenty of storage space and views over the garden and a bunk bedroom with a set of adult-size bunk beds. There is also a shower room complete with a walk-in shower and WC. Heading outside there is a delightful patio with garden furniture to the front of the cottage which is just across the driveway leading to the cottage kitchen door. At the rear of the cottage you will find a spacious garden mostly laid to lawn again with a patio area with seating. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed however the owner has another second home next door for her private use and so your privacy will be respected. On-street parking is available very close to the cottage. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom with adult size set of bunk beds. 1 shower room with walk in shower and WC.
