This delightful cottage is just a short walk from the lovely beach and busy quayside in Wells-next-the-Sea. Nestling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Wells is part of the largest coastal nature reserve in England making it an ideal base for nature-lovers and birdwatchers. You can catch the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway which will take you to the pilgrim town of Little Walsingham and there are many quaint villages and charming towns to explore including Brancaster Blakeney Thornham and Wighton. Attractions include Pensthorpe Natural Park and the Sandringham Estate. You will also be within walking distance from the 25 000 acre Holkham Estate which is home to the 18th century Holkham Hall and an unspoilt picturesque beach. There s a double room with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room complete with walk-in shower and WC. There s a further double room and a bunk bedroom (not suitable for adults). Stepping outside you will find the south-facing rear garden is fully enclosed with a grassed area and a paved patio area with garden furniture allowing you to sit back unwind and dine al fresco or enjoy a BBQ. The garage houses four adult bikes for guests to use a supply of logs for the wood burner and can also be used for storing beach kit bikes and logs. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
