The first room that guests will come to is the dining room which is one of two places to eat and is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals together. There is SKY TV in this room for catching up on your favourite programmes. Tucked away in the corner of the lounge there is a small but useful study whilst at the opposite side of the room double doors lead through to the sunny conservatory which offers a second dining area allowing guests to enjoy meals whilst looking out to the garden. From the conservatory a door leads to a hallway where the washing machine and tumble dryer are kept off from which there is a cloakroom with a WC and a second door leading to the kitchen/diner. At the side of this room there is a breakfast table beyond which the kitchen area has a good range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. A door from the kitchen leads back round to the dining room at the front of the house from where an oak staircase takes guests to the bedrooms on the first floor.
