A distinctive wooden spiral staircase (relatively steep) hints at the nautical pedigree of the property s famous former owner (Captain Woodget). It leads up to the first-floor accommodation that s dominated by a marvellous lounge with grandstand views out over the harbour creek and marshes. You could sit for hours watching coastal life from the sofa chairs or cushioned window bench though a DVD offers on-screen entertainment. Two homely bedrooms one with a super king-size bed the other a bunk room with sea views and a bathroom with bath and shower over the bath and WC complete the upstairs accommodation. A large garden (shared with Flagstaff East) features a huge lawn mature trees and picnic tables. Off-street parking is available for three cars. If you own your own small boat this is a perfect property as there is plenty of space to leave your craft near the accommodation.
