As well as an excellent local pub (The Hero) with an exceptional menu Norfolk ale-battered haddock and BBQ d Norfolk beetroot salad for example the village is situated on a fabulous creek. Spending time here is like going back over a century with colourful sail boats moving sedately across the water flocks of seabirds flying overhead and a windmill silhouetted on the horizon. It really is a blissful scene. Yet hop in the car and within minutes you can be in lively Wells breathtaking Holkham or vibrant Hunstanton. The twin bedroom (with zip and link beds) incorporates built-in wardrobes and hanging space while the shower room features a large walk-in shower with WC.
