This property is located in the Victorian seaside village of Mundesley on Norfolk s north-eastern coast. The village beach which can be seen from the property and is only a stroll away offers a wide expanse of sand and is ideal for swimming at low tide particularly in the summer months when there is a lifeguard patrol in operation. The village has everything that guests will need to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea with a waterside pub/restaurant serving fresh locally-sourced food and boasts a large beer garden with sea views and a children s play area. For those who want to see more of the local area the seaside resort of Cromer lies just 7-miles to the north whilst to the south the tranquil waters of the Norfolk Broads approximately 10-miles away. The main living area of this seaside cottage is an open-plan space comprising a lounge/diner with sea views from the bay window in which the dining table sits. The lounge area has a beamed ceiling and plenty of seating space for five guests to relax and enjoy the sea views or perhaps unwind with a favourite programme on the TV/DVD in the lounge. One of the sofas in this room is a double sofa-bed which can be used for parties of four or five guests. The kitchen situated just off from the lounge/diner is a modestly-sized but well-equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a twin room and a peaceful single room. The shower room with WC is also found on the first floor. To the rear of the property a private courtyard garden has a table and chairs which guests may like to use for alfresco drinks or dining and also has space for storing outdoor equipment such as surfboards. Beyond this there is a spacious shared lawn area which lies between the cottage and the beach and offers plenty of space for children to play. There is designated off-road parking for one car.
