With onsite leisure facilities for all ages the property is also conveniently located just a short stroll from the village amenities and Charmouth beach. Also nearby is the wonderful town of Lyme Regis with its fossil-rich beach and historic Cobb a beautiful unspoilt seafront with sheltered south-facing beaches and traditional deckchairs that line the promenade in the summer. The Jurassic coastline has been designated as England s first Natural World Heritage Site and spans nearly one hundred miles of the Dorset and East Devon coastline. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer Branscombe Crealy Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. Inside the property is modern and bright with wooden flooring and plenty of natural light throughout. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen/diner which includes an integrated oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer together with a dining table. At the end of a long day exploring the coastline relax and unwind in the spacious lounge which overlooks the enclosed patio through French doors and features a TV and DVD player for cosy nights in. On the first floor are the two well-presented bedrooms one king-size with a TV and one twin. The bedrooms share a bathroom on the first floor with an overhead shower and WC. There is also a further WC on the ground floor. Heading outside is an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining or drinks. For a reduced charge and available to adults is the well-equipped Char Valley Health Club including a gym indoor pool sauna and steam room.
