Why not explore Readymoney Beach Gribben head and St Catherine s Castle in Fowey a ferry ride away or for a family day out visit Adrenalin Quarry near Liskeard. Polruan offers great access to open countryside and coastal walks - great for getting some fresh air! Moving upstairs to the first floor you will find the first three bedrooms a small double with views across the village towards the water a double bedroom and the first of the twin bedrooms. On this floor there is a shower room with shower and WC and a spacious bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Follow the cottage style staircase up to the attic twin bedroom the bright and airy space has a separate den/ snug area with TV/ DVD making this room the ideal children s bedroom. There is a large private sloping garden and a raised decking area with garden furniture with views over the village estuary and across to Fowey. To the side of the house is the outhouse with WC washing machine and has ample space for storage and drying of wetsuits. To the front of the house there is a small bench area with views down to the river. Due to steep attic stairs attic room is not suitable for children under 3, head height is also restricted . There is a security deposit of 100 payable on this cottage . Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging. . Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps/ slopes some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements. . There are many small winding streets in and around the village, some of which are not suitable for cars. .
