Polruan is a small fishing village in the parish of Lanteglos-by-Fowey in Cornwall. It is bounded on three sides by water. The village has two pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock near Bodmin.
