This area of coastline is part of the renowned World Heritage Site the Jurassic Coast. Footpaths and trails lead from nearby the cottage and connect with the coastal path and various bridleways across the Downs. Walk into Worth Matravers centre where you ll find a pretty village green with duck pond tea shop serving food and the Square and Compass public house renowned for its local ciders and wonderful views. The picturesque historic village of Corfe Castle is a short drive away as is the small seaside resort of Swanage. The latter offers a gently sloping sandy beach ideal for swimming and paddling. Guests can also enjoy Punch and Judy shows a stroll along the Victorian pier boat trips fishing diving and a ride on the steam train. Entering the cottage on the ground floor there is a delightful kitchen with electric cooker and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. A lovely dining area with patio doors opens onto the terrace with views across the garden to the sea. The large open-plan living area with glass doors along one entire wall creates a wonderful sense of space and outdoor living with the outdoor terrace feeling like part of the room. On the ground floor is a tiled wet room with underfloor heating shower and WC as well as a charming single bedroom.
