Totland itself is a small seaside village and neighbouring Colwell Bay is where you ll find wonderful views of the mainland and the historic coastal defences. Much of the nearby coastal area is owned by the National Trust making it a wonderful walking area. In the centre of the nearby town of Freshwater there are a variety of shops including a small supermarket public houses and a sports centre with indoor swimming pool. Entering the bungalow there is a lovely kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer walk-in pantry and a pleasant dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a small utility area. The living area with comfortable seating and TV/DVD is a particularly light room with large window and patio doors opening out onto a secluded courtyard section of the extensive garden.
