It s just a stone s throw from the small seaside resort where the sand gently slopes into the water and paddling swimming and boating can be enjoyed. On the seafront you ll find a variety of eateries with stunning sea views plus traditional seaside entertainments including amusements and 18-hole crazy golf. Shanklin Chine provides an attractive route from the old village to the beach and is well worth a visit. The town has plenty of amenities including a train down to Ryde where you can travel onwards to the mainland. Two steps up to the kitchen you ll find everything you need during your stay including an electric oven and gas hob microwave and fridge; a freezer washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate outbuilding. Put your feet up in the lounge area and curl up on the comfortable sofas in front of the TV/DVD.
