The cottage lies in the heart of a beautiful walking area with direct access to footpaths leading towards the downs and the stunning coastal path. This attractive holiday cottage stands at the centre of three adjoining properties approached via a country gravel lane and offering delightful views across the surrounding fields and down the valley. On entering you will find yourself in the spacious and inviting lounge. With plenty of comfy seating and TV/DVD this is a lovely space to relax in. Bi-fold doors open directly into the conservatory so that in warmer weather the rooms seamlessly merge to provide one space in which to unwind. Exploring further you will find a charming dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped with a range style double electric oven with grill a microwave dishwasher fridge with ice compartment washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a ground-floor WC. Going upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms. Here steps lead up to a terrace above the garage with garden furniture and lovely views and there is also a lawn where games can be played. The garage can be used for storing bikes and boating equipment and also houses a freezer. One car can be parked opposite the garage and a second space is available within a few yards of the cottage.
