The first of these is a light and bright double room which has dual-aspect windows offering fantastic sea views and benefits from an en-suite bathroom and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room again offering sea views and that benefit from an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The third bedroom is a delightful single room next to which there is a shower room with shower and WC. The seafront terrace is accessed through doors from the lounge area and is a wonderful space to watch the world go by at any time of the day. There is comfortable outdoor seating as well as a retractable awning that provides shade from the midday sun. During the winter months the roadside parking on the esplanade to the front of the property is free of charge however during the summer months from April to October a parking permit for one car is provided for the public car park a short walk from the property s front door.
