A stable door leads you in to the property and the spacious lounge area. Make yourself at home with ample comfortable seating a TV/DVD and a stable door that can be opened to the garden. The kitchen has all you need to rustle up something tasty: an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. After which you and your guests can eat together in the dining area with oak table and chairs. The ground floor also features a shower room with shower and WC as well as a spacious double bedroom. The fixed handrailed stairs lead up to two more bedrooms - a charming double and a twin with views out to the garden. Also upstairs is a bathroom with bath handheld shower and WC. Outside the property there s a beautiful expansive garden with small rockeries and a lawn. Again the views across the neighbouring fields add to the quintessential English cottage feel. There s private off-road parking for two cars beyond the neighbouring property as well as plenty of room to park in the quiet close outside the cottage.
