Being just ten minutes from the A30 the property is also within easy reach of much of Cornwall. Many pretty seaside towns and beaches can be found nearby including Perranporth St Agnes Padstow and Portreath. On the ground floor of the property guests can find a lounge/kitchen/diner a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. The lounge/kitchen/diner opens up the ground floor as a vast social space perfect for the whole party to relax in. Sink into the leather sofas and enjoy a film on the TV/DVD in the lounge and gather around the dining table for a family meal which comfortably seats eight and can be found near the kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped with an integrated oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Unfortunately there is no washing machine with the property but an on-site launderette is available to use with a small fee applied. Although the property does not enjoy its own garden there are a host of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities on site to be enjoyed by all ages.
