The adjacent open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher while a washing machine can be found in a utility cupboard in the entrance hallway. This first floor is also home to one double bedroom with French doors opening to a small balcony plus a shower room with WC. Stairs ascend to the second floor where there are two bedrooms: a master double including an en-suite bathroom with WC and a twin-bedded room incorporating an en-suite shower room with WC. Outside space comprises a balcony at the front with table chairs and fabulous sea views and a larger rear balcony on which to enjoy the late afternoon sun.
