This property is situated a fantastic seafront location on Kent s east coast in the village of Seasalter known for its excellent gastropub. The nearby town of Whitstable meanwhile is situated just two miles around the bay and is a fantastic destination for foodies as it is awash with pubs restaurants and cafes many of which specialise in locally-caught seafood including the oysters for which the town is famous. The town is also home to a great range of independent boutiques and has a thriving arts scene with a number of galleries and workshops as well a theatre. The first thing that guests will notice when they arrive at this property are the fantastic panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from the cottage s open-plan living space which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa-bed accommodation two additional guests as well as a TV/DVD for guests to enjoy and a new wood burner. The kitchen area overlooks the lounge and is equipped with an oven hob fridge with freezer compartment microwave and washing machine. This is a single-storey property so both bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor the first of which is a pleasant double room whilst the other is a bunk bedroom which may suit younger guests. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath next to which is a separate WC. Outside the property enjoys an enclosed seafront terrace with a table and chairs and two sun loungers providing a wonderful space from which to enjoy the sea views and the fresh sea air.
