Miller s Dale itself is widely regarded as the most impressive dale within the area with a barrage of natural obstacles such as side stepping hills gaps gorges and rock faces which is an adventurer s paradise. The Dale sits along a serene stretch of the River Wye between Buxton and Bakewell. This beautiful part of the Peak District National Park is a walkers and cyclists paradise with a number of stunning walks straight from the door. There are numerous cycle routes including Tissington Trail High Peak Trail and Monsal Trail. Historical highlights in the area include Chatsworth House Haddon Hall Eyam Hall Peveril Castle and Bolsover Castle. Enter the cottage into a charming hallway with tiled floors and a space to kick off your boots and hang up your coats.
