The table and chairs by the portico are perfect to enjoy morning coffee and embrace the view over the lake and towards the garden. The summer house is positioned by the four and a half acre lake with an enclosed patio area table chairs and gas BBQ a lovely spot from sunrise to sunset. The property also boasts a hot tub over looking the grounds. The garden has established borders lawn and climbing frame with swings. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable store available. Fly fishing available by arrangement with owner prior to arrival. There is off-road private parking for four cars at the property. Please note the property is attached to the owner s wing though privacy is assured on this working farm. The house is approximately 30 yards from the un-fenced lake children must be supervised when using the gardens.
