This property enjoys an enviable location close to the seafront in the seaside resort of Eastbourne and it is a few minutes walk from the Sovereign leisure complex with a variety of swimming pools. There is a twin room on the first floor too a light and airy room with views to the sea. A second flight of stairs take guests to the second-floor where there are two further bedrooms the first of these is the master suite which has a king-size bed sea views and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The third bedroom meanwhile is a cosy twin room with Velux windows over the beds. The main bathroom is also on the second floor offering a shower-over-bath and WC. To the front of the property there are shared lawned gardens for guests to enjoy. At the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with furniture which is accessed through the French windows in the dining area. The property comes with two off-road parking spaces.
