This property is situated at the heart of the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne just across the road from the town s wide shingle beach. The town s restored Victorian pier is just a three-minute walk away with its nightclub tea rooms and fish and chip restaurant. Other attractions in the town include an interesting lifeboat museum a seafront fort built during the Napoleonic Wars and a fantastic outdoor sports centre which offers tuition in stand-up paddle boarding windsurfing and even raft making. A second set of steep turned stairs lead to a single room which is situated in the eaves of the house and therefore has a low ceiling and some reduced head-height.
