This property is situated on a development of five eco-friendly cottages which offer a wonderful place to stay just half a mile from the beach on the eastern side of Eastbourne. There is plenty to see and do within a short walk of the property including several playgrounds a boating lake and tennis courts all of which can be found in nearby Princes Park. On the far-side of the park the Sovereign Centre is a large leisure centre with a number of pools including one with wave machine and a water slide. On the waterfront the imposing structure of the Redoubt Fortress offers a fascinating glimpse of the town s past and also has a seafront pavilion cafe which affords fantastic views across the beach and out to sea. This eco-friendly cottage has been designed specifically so as to create a light-filled space which has a low carbon footprint. The main living area comprises of a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which easily enables everyone to make the most of their time together on holiday.
