The cottage is located just four miles from the coast with the historic village of Tintagel with its famous castle and King Arthur connection being the nearest attraction. Camelford a market town with a wide choice of shops pubs and restaurants is also just three miles away. Many beautiful fishing villages including Boscastle and Port Isaac are within easy reach while Padstow famous for its quay and renowned seafood restaurants is only a 30-minute drive. If it s sandy beaches you re after there are plenty to choose from from Crackington Haven to Polzeath. The accommodation is laid out across a single storey and offers two bedrooms a bathroom a lounge a sun room a kitchen/diner and a utility room. One bedroom is a twin while the other contains a super king-size double zip-and-link bed which can be made into twin beds on request. The spacious bathroom contains a bath WC and a shower cubicle which features both a rain shower head and a handheld shower. Both the lounge and sun room are perfect for relaxing in if you don t wish to venture outside of the cottage. A TV/DVD and hi-fi provide the entertainment in the lounge with the multifuel wood burner keeping the room nice and warm while the sun room enjoys plenty of sunlight with the windows looking out onto far-reaching countryside views. Books and games are also provided and are perfect for some rainy-day fun. The kitchen/diner has everything guests need to prepare simple meals including an electric oven and hob a fridge dishwasher and a microwave. A freezer and a washing machine can also be found in the adjoining utility room as well as a breakfast bar. If you are bringing a baby a cot and highchair can be made available. The outdoor space is reached via the utility room and is an enclosed patio area with surrounding grass areas a wildflower garden and an unfenced pond. There is also garden furniture so that you can enjoy the countryside views and perhaps a drink or two. A gravel parking area situated outside the front of the property provides parking space for two vehicles.
