This property enjoys a fantastic location in the traditional costal village of Instow where holidaymakers can enjoy the sandy beach take the ferry across the estuary to the harbour village of Appledore. A must visit is to the local deli situated next door where you can purchase fresh local and homemade produce. Within walking distance is the beautiful Instow beach renowned for its golden sands and remarkable sand dunes where dogs are welcomed all year round. Slightly further afield but within a short drive are many more beautiful beaches and the North Devon coastline to explore. Try out several of North Devon s best coastal walks including Braunton and Northam Burrows. Other attractions nearby include The Big Sheep The Milky Way and the many National Trust properties in the area. On the property s first floor there are three further bedrooms: a double a single and a twin. The master double is a relaxing spacious room with lovely river views as has the single bedroom. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in neutral or coastal colours creating a calm restful atmosphere. Finally on the third floor via steep stairs there is a stunning lounge with huge windows which open to create a balcony with fabulous river views. Outside there is a well-stocked enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ to the rear of the property accessed from both the dining room and kitchen/diner.
