Venturing up the stairs and as you approach the first floor you will find the beautifully presented bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath separate shower and WC. From here a few more steps take you to the first floor where a twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom are located. The final room in the house is a compact yet pretty attic room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams and this is approached via steep ship-style steps and offers a double bed with en-suite shower and WC. Heading outside and to the rear of the property there is a small enclosed courtyard area with decking garden furniture and BBQ (neighbouring properties have a right of way through this but it s rarely used). Parking is available in a selection of nearby public carparks and weekly tickets and roamer passes (allowing you to explore the whole of Cornwall) can be purchased.
