Pencarreg is a small village just a mile from the market town of Llanybydder. The interesting university town of Lampeter offers a range of museums galleries shops and restaurants a 10 minute drive away. Head a little further west to Aberaeron with its picturesque harbour Georgian architecture colourful houses shops and restaurants. This is a perfect place for couples to explore the very best of the coast and countryside in Ceredigion. Why not experience the views by steam train go on a boat trip or find the secluded sandy beaches. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter into the hallway and head through into the cosy lounge with a wood burner sofa chairs and TV. Steps lead down into the contemporary kitchen/diner which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. This leads down to the sunny conservatory that has lovely rural and lake views. From the main hallway head up the cottage stairs to the sleeping accommodation. There are two bedrooms from the main landing a double and a single. Take two steps down to the master double bedroom with open countryside views and separate shower room with shower and WC. Outside to the rear there is a private decked area with furniture and steps down to a lower enclosed garden. There is parking on the pavement to the fore of the cottage for one car. Need to know: 3 Bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single. 1 Shower room. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Wood burner (no logs provided).
