With the beach and harbour a very short walk from your door this is a great property to enjoy the best of Aberaeron. History lovers will delight at the beautifully restored National Trust Llanerchaeron House which is nearby. A must visit is the Cors Caron National Nature Reserve which is the home of many rare birds. Great days out in every direction with an abundance of beautiful beaches at Mwnt Tresaith Llangranog or New Quay with boat trips for dolphin spotting. The university town of Aberystwyth is close by. Enter the warm and welcoming lounge which has leather sofas and Smart TV there is a door though to a second lounge with TV which is ideal for children and teenagers.
