Other places of interest in the local area include The Brecon Beacons National Park the Shropshire Hills and the towns of Hay-on-Wye and Ludlow. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). A quiet leafy lane brings guests to this single-storey property which is situated close to the owner s home yet is not overlooked allowing guests to enjoy their privacy. A ramp leads to the front door bringing guests to the hallway which opens onto the lounge with its dual aspect windows with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The sofas are positioned in front of the wood burner to enjoy in the evenings. The kitchen/diner is a generously proportioned and well equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Returning to the lounge guests will find the door which leads them to the corridor off from which the bedrooms are located. The first of these is a room with a double bed which benefits from its own TV. The second bedroom is a pleasant twin room whilst the third bedroom is another double room with TV. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The bathroom can be found located off the same corridor as the bedrooms and offers a bath separate shower and WC. Outside the property boasts a good-sized private garden where guests can sit and relax making this a wonderful space from which to enjoy the views and tranquillity and perhaps a meal.
