Goodrich Castle a fantastic example of a Norman castle maintained by English Heritage is within walking distance of the property and offers a range of fascinating artefacts dating back to the Civil War. A few miles away lies Symonds Yat Rock an ancient hill fort from where visitors can enjoy the breath-taking views across Valley. Also close by and making a great place for a family day out is Symonds Yat West Leisure Park where visitors can enjoy a river cruise play on the amusements and burn off some energy on the children s adventure playground.
