The cottage forms part of a traditional stone terrace of cottages in the heart of this peaceful village close. This is an ideal base for exploring the whole of North Yorkshire and you can enjoy magnificent uninterrupted rural views across farmland and moorland. The small nearby market town of Masham is just 3 miles and here you will find everything you need. It is a haven for artists craftspeople and writers and is also famous for its family run breweries and annual sheep fair in September. Take a trip to the Yorkshire Dales and discover pretty villages and miles of walks and cycle tracks to enjoy providing a real get away from it all destination? A trip to Fountains Abbey is a must and only a short drive away. Skipton with its frequent market and the world-famous Bolton Abbey are further afield. Don t forget to sample some of the marvellous local produce during your stay. Watch the magnificent wildlife local in the area Step into the entrance vestibule with coat hooks and somewhere to leave those muddy boots. From here there is a WC off to your left.
