Lanhydrock cycle hub is only a 4 mile drive along with Helman Tor Nature Reserve a wetland area containing the remains of a Neolithic hill settlement. The Treffry Viaduct built by a local mine owner in 19th century to carry an industrial railway line also makes for an interesting and alternative day out. Other attractions include cycling at Cardinham the National Lobster Hatchery Newquay Zoo Karting at St Eval many National Trust properties and an 18 hole golf course in Bodmin. The property is accessed via narrow country lanes. Upon arrival at the property an annex to the owners accommodation and accessed via 4 external steps enter into the central hallway which leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This beautifully styled and welcoming space is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring take time to sink into the sofa relax and take in your favourite movie. From the lounge area French doors lead out onto the decking area.
