This cottage benefits from all the amenities of its holiday park location and is also within easy reach of many of Cornwall s most popular towns and attractions. The harbour town of Looe is a short drive away and offers some lovely eateries many of which serve fresh local seafood brought in by the town s fishing fleet. Looe Island famous for its grey seals can also be reached from here by boat. The smaller harbour town of Polperro is just a short drive away as is the large sandy beach at Millendreath. This cottage all on one level makes for a relaxing place to spend a Cornish break. The main living space is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where guests can relax on the comfy sofas watching the TV and DVD. In the dining area there is a good-sized dining table seating six and beyond this area is the well-equipped kitchen where guests will find everything they need to prepare their favourite meals including a fan assisted oven gas hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The property has three bedrooms: a double with its own TV and two twins. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter Whitsun summer and Autumn half term holidays.
