Located within the picturesque rural hamlet of Nanternis which is just over a mile inland from Cardigan Bay at the secluded coves of Cwmtydu. Just down the road to pick up a beautiful National Trust woodland walk to the beach at Cwm Silio. The ever popular coastal resort and seaside fishing village of New Quay is just two miles and offers boat trips sandy beaches and a host of independent shops pubs and eateries. 10 miles to the colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron. Lots to see and do such as walking the Dylan Thomas Trail and water-sports at nearby Tresaith. Entering into the hallway and through into the dining room with table and chairs Welsh dresser and beamed ceiling perfect for your sunny breakfast before a day of exploring. A few steps lead up to the kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. A stable door looks out over the pretty scenic landscape. Also from the hallway is the cosy lounge with wood burner and a TV with Xbox 360. Up the stairs there are two pretty bedrooms a good sized double with built in wardrobe and comfy chair to relax and read a book. The second is a large twin bedroom both have plenty of space for the travel cot and there is a built in wooden stair gate at the top of the stairs. The first floor also houses the bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. (Unfortunately no towels will be provided). Outside there is a large rear garden accessed up steps which is a fantastic sunny enclosed space with furniture to sit down and re-charge your batteries. There is a lawn area for the children to burn off some energy and a delightful summer house where you can enjoy a coffee and take in the views. Parking for one car on driveway shared with adjoining cottage. Arrival 4.30pm. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin . 1 bathroom. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
